Descriptions of the construction progress of my new Florida model railroad featuring the line from Lakeland to Punta Gorda. Originally a journal of RV trips throughout the United States and Canada with Patti and Bob. Also photo documentation of the progress on my Maryland model railroad, the Allegheny and Shenandoah, a mythical class one line connecting Strasburg VA. with Elkins WV.

Lake Tahoe
Some vistas from the beach in front of the rig. We are off to have a rooftop dinner and a Smothers Brothers concert tonight at Harrah's. We don't gamble much so we can afford the shows:)
Right! Maybe the snow will melt and cool off the lake. It's only about 32.5 degrees already and people actually jet ski in it. By the way we could have made snow balls on the side of the road on the way in. Last night it was 42 degrees.
